Mark D. Bolkovac, Esquire

Attorney
Attorney Mark D. Bolkovac is a dedicated attorney of our law firm. His areas of practice are criminal, personal injury, labor, wills and estates, and civil law.

Attorney Bolkovac earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Politics and Government with a minor concentration in Business. He later graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Arts degree in Criminology. In addition, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law, while attending the joint JD / MBA degree program. He was accepted into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society during his period of education.

Attorney Bolkovac has practiced in various counties in Western Pennsylvania. Apart from practicing before the Court of Common Pleas, he has also handled appellate cases with the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Commonwealth Court and Supreme Court as well as matters with the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.

Attorney Bolkovac is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is also licensed by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is a member of both the Westmoreland County and Indiana County Bar Associations.

Ashley M. Lovelace, Esquire

Attorney
Attorney Ashley M. Lovelace is a committed attorney from West Newton, Westmoreland County. She graduated from Yough Sr. High School in 2002. Ashley attended Duquesne University, where she majored in legal studies in business, graduating magna cum laude in 2006. She then went on to Duquesne University School of Law, where she earned her J.D., graduating cum laude in 2009.

While at Duquesne, she served as an editor for the Duquesne Business Law Journal from 2007-2009. She also received the C.A.L.I. award for excellence for juvenile law. Ashley also participated in the Civil and Family Justice Clinic, where she assisted underprivileged individuals with various custody and family law issues.

After graduating from law school, Ashley returned to her hometown in West Newton and began her own law practice there. She is the counsel for Bolkovac Law Offices. She was admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Westmoreland Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Tyler C. Shultz, Esquire

Attorney
Tyler Shultz is a committed attorney from Normalville, Fayette County. He graduated from Connellsville Area High School in 2013. Tyler attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in History and graduated cum laude in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts. He then travelled to Knoxville, Tennessee to attend Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2020, obtaining his Juris Doctorate.

While attending Lincoln Memorial, Tyler was a traveling team member of the school’s burgeoning Mock Trial Team from 2018-2020, serving as Secretary for the team in the second year. He received two C.A.L.I awards for excellence, one for Legal Communication and the other for Trial Advocacy. Tyler was on the winning team of the Lincoln Memorial University Client Counseling Competition in 2017.

Tyler is currently an attorney with the Bolkovac Law Offices, as well as the Office of the Public Defender of Fayette County. His exposure with the Office of the Public Defender has allowed him quick trial experience, as well as exposure to Fayette County Courts. Apart from experience with Criminal Law, Tyler is also a Family Attorney, representing both sides of divorce, custody, PFA, and dependency.
